If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition, within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange or refund.

Trendy Tails Return Policy

All eligible returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Returns and exchanges must be in resell-able condition. That is, tags must be in place and apparel items must be free of dog hair or any other dust or dirt, and must not smell of cigarette smoke or other household odors. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will be not be accepted.
